At Tarmac Technologies, we build an aircraft ground operations tool to bring the latest technologies to them. In doing so, we are reducing flight delays and offering seamless operations. Our system is deployed in over 200 airports around the world!

Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you’ll join our OSS team (Operations, Sales, and Support), which oversees the sales, deployment, and client success phases of our solution.

You’ll play a key role in business development : responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing relationships with potential clients. Your main goal will be to contribute to our revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:

    • Identify and reach out to new potential clients via email campaigns, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls
    • Attend international industry trade shows (Singapore, US, Canada, Amsterdam…)
    • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and purchasing potential
    • Develop a strategy to increase referrals and introductions from existing clients
    • Help create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.) to support sales efforts
  • Product/Service Presentation:

    • Schedule qualified meetings with the most relevant prospects
    • Deliver clear, compelling presentations of our solution in early-stage meetings, in coordination with the Ops team
    • Answer questions and provide detailed information about our offerings
    • Collaborate with the Ops team to follow up on and implement paid pilot projects
  • Sales Funnel Management:

    • Work with the co-founder to implement the company’s CRM and ensure client/prospect data is accurate and up to date
    • Follow up with prospects and drive them through to closing
    • Leverage CRM data to analyze sales performance and optimize sales strategy accordingly

Preferred Experience

  • Master’s degree from a business or engineering school

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role

  • You identify with values such as commitment, craftsmanship, accountability, trust, active listening, and customer satisfaction

  • Team player with a positive mindset

  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills

  • Open-minded and eager to collaborate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice to have :

  • Proficiency in another language is a plus

  • Experience with HubSpot

  • Experience in the aviation or transportation sector is a plus, but above all, we’re looking for someone curious, customer-focused, and socially comfortable with quickly building strong user relationships

Recruitment Process
