About

Neoplants is a biotech start-up founded by Lionel (Ex Google) and Patrick (PhD Genetic Editing, ENS), working on the first generation of bio-engineered plants to fight air pollution. We're starting with indoor air pollution, which is up to 5 times higher than outdoors, and is caused by a specific type of pollutant called VOCs. We create plants capable of effectively remediate these compounds in your home (up to 30 times more effective than traditional plants). Our longer-term ambition is to leverage our technologies for other large-scale applications, such as CO2 capture and storage. We are backed by top tier Silicon Valley and European investors and we are currently based in Paris, France.

Job Description

As our Marketing intern, you will:

We’re looking for a talented, creative and motivated marketing intern, passionate about bioengineering, sustainability, and innovative consumer products.

As an operational Growth Marketing Intern at Neoplants, you'll play a key role in accelerating our growth by developing and implementing new acquisition channel strategies, bringing our CRM to the next level and challenging our content marketing strategies.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a pioneering product and a forward-thinking team. If you're a proactive individual with a flair for growth and brand messaging as well as a passion for sustainability, we'd love to hear from you.

Main mission (but not limited to):

  • Identify new growth drivers and set up our presence on new channels

  • Analyze marketing data challenge the existing growth strategy and content messaging

  • Develop our email CRM & PRM operations

  • Support our efforts in managing our content creators

  • Social Moderation

  • Support on Customer Care

Preferred Experience

  • We are looking for a "builder"

  • Yet with an analytic & strategic mind

  • Being a Native English speaker is a plus, being fluent is a must

  • Strong academic or self-made track record

  • At least 1 previous internship experience

  • Genuine interest for nature, tech and entrepreneurship

  • Strong curiosity
