Comment ça marche ?

  • 200% sauvé du gaspi : direct producteur et fabricant, produits qui n’auraient pas été vendus, car ils ne respectent pas certaines normes absurdes de la distribution (taille, forme, couleur, surproduction, etc.).

  • 100% qualité : tous nos produits sont sélectionnés en accord avec notre rigoureuse politique qualité (goût, tenue, pas d’ingrédients néfastes ou controversés, éthique, pas de serre chauffée pour les fruits et légumes, …), fruits et légumes bio et français et en direct producteur donc frais.

  • 100% flexible : abonnement sans aucun engagement (on n’est pas Free, mais on a tout compris), courses livrées chaque semaine, arrêt à tout moment, si absence ou empêchement, sauter en 1 clic.

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

  • 200% saved from waste: products directly sourced from producers and manufacturers that would have otherwise gone unsold due to arbitrary distribution standards (size, shape, color, overproduction, etc.),
  • 100% top quality: all our products adhere to our rigorous quality policy (taste, freshness, no harmful or controversial ingredients, ethical sourcing, no heated greenhouses for fruits and vegetables, etc.), including organic and locally sourced fruits and vegetables,
  • 100% flexibility: subscription with no commitment (we're not like Free, but we understand), weekly deliveries, easy skip option for when you're away or unable to receive the delivery.

Today, we have already saved over 2100 tons of products, thanks to 20,000 satisfied customers. Tomorrow, we aim to save thousands of tons of products and deliver them across Europe!

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Bene Bono's goal is to become European's "e-grocery reflex" for European people. The strategy is to build the best grocery offer to meet our customers' needs.

    We are today recruiting a grocery specialist whose missions will be:

    - Build an offer that meet out clients needs: help defining the strategy and the right offer (fresh and non-fresh products), develop a supplier network, analyze offers, negociate with suppliers 

    - Help structuring process and tools of the grocery team: create dashboards, automate processes 

    - Handle transversal projects: launch new categories of products

    - Conduct market analyses: study the competition, discuss with customer to understand their needs, analyse the performance of our offer

     

    REQUIRED PROFILE

    To strengthen our grocery team, we are looking for candidates that have:

    - A first experience in purchasing (ideally in destock, anti-waste firm) and in category management

    - The candidate will also ideally have experience in one or more of the fresh produce markets (cheese, creamery, charcuterie, meats, fish).

    - You are know as an expert in negotiation 

    - You have good data analysis/visualization skills

    - You are very organized and autonomous in your work
