Cede Labs is a promising 10-people startup backed by GSR and Ledger building CEX (Binance, Coinbase,…) asset management tools for both the institutional market and the consumer market. The team has been accumulating more than 4 years of expertise on CEX connectivity.

Today, Cede Labs offers two main products:

  • Cede SDK: a CEX connectivity solution that accelerates integration for crypto custody solutions with exchange platforms.
    • Metrics: 4 clients secured over the last 4 months after recent pivot (350k€ ARR).
    • Key interlocutors: Crypto custody solutions and their clients: hedge funds, prime brokers, market makers, stablecoins, OEMS,…
  • Cede Hub: a solution for token issuers listed on CEX, to generate organic off-chain trading volume through competitions on hub.cede.store, where we reward users on-chain for off-chain actions.
    • Metrics: went from 0 to 90k€ MRR in 4 months.
    • Key interlocutors: Token issuers, market makers, CEX and traders.

Mission

As a key member of the core team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and growing our two main products:

  • Cede Hub

  • Cede SDK

You’ll be involved in every step of the product lifecycle, from strategy to execution. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Define and Prioritize: Propose impactful product initiatives based on our company’s current stage and objectives across different product areas.

  • Establish Processes: Set up and improve product lifecycle methodologies and workflows.

  • Feature Development (0 to 1):

    • Create product specifications
    • Prioritize and manage the backlog
    • Oversee development progress
    • Test features in dev and production environments
    • Conduct post-launch analytics
  • Strategy & Vision: Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and selling points.

  • Client-Centric: Handle client feedback and product discovery

  • Revenue Growth: Direct contribution to revenue increase through improved product offerings.

  • Performance & Speed: Continuous optimization to ensure a faster and more efficient product.

  • Market Leadership: Increase barriers to entry, strengthening our competitive advantage.

Preferred Experience

  • At least 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS/FinTech

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams (Sales, Marketing, and Engineering)

  • A good understanding of Web3 and trading concepts

  • Proven experience in shipping products from 0 to 1: from product discovery, specification, backlog management, and development oversight to post-launch analysis

  • Experience working in agile environments and implementing product lifecycle methodologies

  • Strong understanding of APIs and technical concepts (SDKs, integrations, and developer-focused products)

  • Data-driven approach: ability to use metrics and insights to guide decisions

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving, and proactiveness

  • Experience collecting and synthesizing client/user feedback into actionable improvements

Nice to have

  • Experience in a post-PMF startup

  • Worked on SDKs or developer-centric products

  • Advanced understanding of Web3, CEX, market making, trading and custody concepts
