Job Description

📍 Location

Paris (Station F), hybrid, or partially remote (CET timezone)

✨ Mission

We’re looking for a high-potential intern — smart, curious, hands-on — to support our core operations during this high-growth phase.

You’ll work closely with our COO Gabriel and our Chief of Staff Constantin on strategic and operational topics across the business.

This is a very operational role: while you’ll gain broad exposure to how a crypto startup works, you should expect a significant share of ****execution-focused tasks alongside more strategic projects.

📌 Example Missions

  • Support client onboarding & day-to-day operations across token issuers, CEXs, and partners

  • Manage operational admin: payments (fiat & crypto), invoicing, financial reporting

  • Execute operational processes with precision and consistency (CRM updates, invoice matching, documentation, data entry, etc.)

  • Contribute to internal project management and cross-functional coordination

  • Automate workflows using Notion, Make, Zapier, etc.

  • Maintain and organize internal tools & databases (access control, shared drives, tooling)

  • Assist with operational risk & security management

  • Support HR & admin processes, including recurring internal tasks and follow-ups

You’ll have a 360° view of how a crypto startup operates — from strategic discussions to the nitty-gritty of keeping the engine running. If you enjoy problem-solving but are also comfortable with operations, detail-oriented work, this role will be a great fit.

Preferred Experience

🎓 Ideal Profile

  • Business / engineering school or university student

  • Internship for gap year or end-of-studies

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Curious about startups, crypto, and tech

  • Fast learner with strong ownership and initiative

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, etc.

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)

  • Bonus: familiarity with Web3, automation tools, crypto payments

✨ Requirements

  • Proactive strategic problem-solver.

  • Foundational understanding of AI and its business applications.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable handling fiat and crypto payments.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, financial SaaS tools (Pennylane, Qonto).

  • High integrity and discretion with sensitive data.

  • Quick learner or basic understanding of Web3 ecosystem (CEXs, market makers, token issuers).

😃 Nice to Have

  • Advanced Web3 knowledge (token dynamics, market-making operations).

  • Technical basic background (to automate more easily process with python code and/or no-code tools such as Zapier)

  • French proficiency.

  3. Second interview - to discuss practical exercises, dive into our workflows and better understand some of your previous ops, with a case study where candidates may be asked to present a past project they managed.
