Descriptif du poste

As a Senior Fullstack Developer at Beev, you will be tasked with Designing & Developing our internal Platform Tooling solutions which allow us to conduct & monitor our client's projects and build trust & transparency with our partners.

Reporting directly to the Head Of Engineering, you will be part of the team tasked with building our tools where you will help the HoE to create a robust development experience and lead the technical implementations of the solution.

This role is ideal for someone who has already worked on a CRM/ERP like project and knows the challenges that lay in front of us while having a delivery oriented mindset and hands-on expertise. Someone who is ready to make a significant impact by enforcing processes, mentoring other people and making sure the latest dev standards are being implemented. We are an AI enabled Dev team and are looking for people who have been able to integrate AI tools into their routine whilst still understanding the drawbacks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Design: Working closely with the product team, you will be tasked with designing the technical bricks from the functional specs they will hand over to you for each feature.

  • Coding & Development: As a Senior Developer, you will most importantly be producing code that is critical to our business helping increase the productivity of our teams.

  • Testing & QA: You will follow and enforce our strategy for automated testing, unit tests, and e2e tests to ensure that whatever we deliver has the least chance to break our platform.

  • Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior or mid-level developers, helping them grow their technical skills and knowledge.. You must also champion code review sessions to ensure quality & provide constructive feedback.

  • Knowledge Sharing: We want to encourage and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and stay up-to-date with new technologies, trends, and best practices. As the latest member of this small startup team, we want you to help us stay ahead of the curve.

Profil recherché

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent Bac+5 diploma that reconverted into CS studies.

  • Experience: 6+ years of developer experience in a SaaS or Platform project using ReactJS/NestJS and DevOps does not scare you.

  • Agility in a Fast-Paced Environment: Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.

  • Collaborative Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, and Operational teams.

  • Business Oriented : Strong business sense, with a data-centric mindset and an adaptive approach to task dispatching & reporting.

  • AI Positive: We have implemented Claude Code in our Product & Tech processes and we want someone who is excited to fully incorporate CC into their routine.

  • Problem Solver: You thrive in the face of adversity and enjoy finding solutions to technical problems.
