Descriptif du poste

As Operations Manager, you’ll report directly to the COO and play a pivotal role in shaping the operational backbone of our fast-scaling business. Your focus will be on optimizing processes, improving productivity, and ensuring operational excellence by leveraging technology and data.

This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Care, and Tech teams to drive scalable, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Design and Optimization

    • Map existing workflows and identify inefficiencies to develop scalable processes.
    • Document all processes on tools like Notion and ensure they are accessible to teams.
  • Tools and Automation

    • Own and improve our internal tools (e.g., HubSpot, Bubble, Brevo, OpenAI, Softr, Glide).
    • Automate repetitive tasks for Sales, Customer Care, and other teams using Zapier, API integrations, and custom-built solutions.
    • Ensure a seamless experience across our ERP and data analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio).
  • Operational Scaling

    • Develop and track KPIs to measure team and process performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Collaborate with teams to implement scalable solutions aligned with Beev’s fast growth.
  • Collaboration and Enablement

    • Act as a bridge between operational and technical teams to deliver high-quality results.
    • Train teams on new processes, tools, and technologies to empower them to work efficiently.
  • Reporting and Analysis

    • Provide data-driven insights to leadership, enabling informed decision-making.
    • Conduct operational audits to preemptively solve bottlenecks.

Profil recherché

  • Experience

    • 4+ years in Operations Management, Business Operations, or related roles in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes in dynamic contexts.
  • Technical Proficiency

    • Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make).
    • Experience with additional tools like Figma (process design) and Brevo, Bubble, OpenAI for workflow enhancement.
    • Analytical skills: comfortable with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Looker or Google Data Studio.
  • Soft Skills

    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic, “get-things-done” attitude.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required, French a plus).
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
