As Growth Marketer at Beev, you will be responsible for defining and executing our lead acquisition strategy targeting small and medium businesses (SMBs), who are looking for the simplest and most cost-effective solution to electrify their vehicle fleet, install charging stations, and manage their operations efficiently. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will build scalable acquisition engines, identify and score high-potential leads, and collaborate closely with the sales team to drive qualified pipeline. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on growth mindset, strong skills in marketing automation (especially HubSpot or Brevo), and a sharp focus on measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Acquisition Strategy:
Design and run full-funnel acquisition strategies (from awareness to lead handover) to generate qualified B2B MQL.
Database Growth & Enrichment:
Build and enrich addressable prospect databases using tools like Pappers, Dropcontact, Apollo, PhantomBuster, etc.
Lead Scoring:
Implement and maintain lead scoring logic in HubSpot to prioritize leads and improve conversion rates.
Campaign Execution:
Design, launch, and optimize outbound and inbound campaigns across multiple channels:
Cold emailing (via Lemlist, Woodpecker…)
LinkedIn automation and outreach (via PhantomBuster, Sales Navigator…)
Paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Social…)
Lead nurturing workflows based on content (whitepapers, webinars, videos…)
Retargeting
SEO-driven inbound campaigns and content hubs
Marketing Automation & CRM (HubSpot):
Set up, manage, and continuously improve automation workflows, dashboards, and lead lifecycle stages.
SEO & Content Factory:
Contribute to the SEO roadmap, identifying high-potential keywords, building landing pages, and structuring a scalable content machine in collaboration with internal or external writers.
Sales Alignment:
Work closely with the sales team to align messaging, build integrated campaigns, and optimize the lead handover process.
Performance Analysis:
Define KPIs for every action, monitor acquisition funnels, run A/B tests, and iterate quickly based on insights and impact.
