As Partnerships Manager at Beev, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships to scale our business. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships and design and execute lead acquisition campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development and marketing, with a strong hands-on mindset and a clear focus on measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and close partnerships with high-potential players (Employee benefits, car dealerships, real estate, SMEs networks… ) to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
Account Management: Manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure they are active, productive, and aligned with Beev’s growth objectives.
Co-Marketing: Build and deploy joint marketing actions with partners (special offers, bundle promotions, webinars, whitepapers) to maximize visibility and conversion.
Performance Analysis: Define clear KPIs for partnerships and marketing campaigns. Monitor, report, and optimize based on results.
