À propos

The problem we're tackling

The French healthcare system is under pressure, and primary care doctors are some of the hardest to be hit. Of the over 80,000 generalists practicing in France, 80% surveyed felt that they were not able to adequately respond to the needs of their patients. And with over 40% of PCPs currently not accepting new patients, 4 out of 10 French residents gave up on consulting a doctor last year because they were unable to find one that would accept a booking.

It is in this context that Aldebaran (Station F, HEC) is developing an intelligent digital medical assistant to optimize healthcare practitioners' time on a mission to provide better healthcare for as many people as possible. Based on proprietary AI technology, this new digital health resource is a medical co-pilot, enabling professionals to delegate certain acts (medical history taking, triage, therapeutic education, pre-diagnosis...) and freeing up precious time to provide a better quality of care for their patients.

About Aldebaran

Founded in 2021, Aldebaran is continuing to develop its first service for primary care doctors : an automated patient-medical-history-taking consultation preparation service. This service enables patients to securely prepare for their consultation using an auto-adapting questionnaire, which then generates a summary in medical language for the practitioner and forms the basis of the patient’s visit note.

Our DNA

Aldebaran fosters a culture of transparency, hard work, and personal empowerment. We are dedicated to improving the health and lives of people, including the well-being of our team members. We provide a supportive and flexible work environment where bright, curious, open-minded, and self-driven individuals are encouraged to excel and contribute to our mission!

Why we're hiring

Physicians need our help ASAP and we have lots of ideas to help them and their patients! Having recently completed our first fundraising round (€1.5 million), we’re now looking to expand our development capacity to be able to deliver more and better solutions to the doctors currently using our solution and the many that will follow.
