You’ll contribute directly to the evolution of our SaaS platform by:
Building innovative features (AI assistant, multichannel integrations, public API)
Optimizing performance and scalability to support rapid growth
Improving architecture and best practices to ensure a smooth, reliable, and secure experience

Your responsibilities
Innovate and develop impactful new features to continuously improve our product
Work closely with product and design teams to deliver the best possible user experience
Ensure code quality, performance, and application security
Share your knowledge and contribute to the growth of the team
Actively participate in architectural discussions and challenge technical decisions with a pragmatic mindset
Tech stack
Front-end: SPA, JavaScript, WebSockets, Vue.js
Back-end: Python, SQLAlchemy, real-time application on a dedicated web server, agentic LLMs, RAG with vector databases
AI: OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral AI, Google DeepMind, self-hosted models
Infrastructure: Azure virtual machines and AI model deployments, Linux Ubuntu, Docker
Monitoring & Observability: Azure Monitoring, event logs
CI/CD: GitHub
