Job Description

Help us build the leading wallet infrastructure for the multi-trillion-dollar digital asset industry. Collaborate with exceptional leaders like our CTO, CPO, CEO, and work alongside experts including Software Engineers, Security Engineers, and Cryptographers, with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and in a fast paced environment within our customer success team. We're looking for a Solutions Engineer with a strong background in helping developers set up and configure products for optimal performance and security.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will:

  • Assist in designing and implementing our wallet infrastructure with robust security controls.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients for optimal product setup and configuration.

  • Conduct reviews and develop training as well as documentation to ensure clients understand and effectively use our solutions.

Your main objective is to create, test, and maintain top-notch software that aligns with customer requirements and business objectives.

Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Assisting in the architecture and scalability planning of our wallet infrastructure.

  • Conducting security risk assessments and recommending mitigation strategies.

  • Developing integration plans for third-party systems and APIs.

  • Leading client onboarding sessions to ensure smooth adoption of our solutions.

  • Providing hands-on troubleshooting and debugging for client issues.

  • Customizing solutions to meet specific client needs and use cases.

  • Monitoring system performance and implementing performance optimization techniques.

  • Collaborating on cross-functional projects to enhance overall product functionality.

  • Preparing and presenting technical proposals to potential clients.

  • Offering post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

  • Gathering client feedback to inform product development and enhancements.

  • Participating in technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Conducting competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.

  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years as a Solutions- or Forward-Deployed Engineer.

  • Proficient in Typescript programming (or equivalent).

  • Proven experience implementing and configuring APIs (RESTful, GraphQL).

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Identifies and optimizes performance bottlenecks, implementing caching.

  • Knows how fault-tolerant backend systems work using microservices, serverless, and distributed computing.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, etc.

  • Deep understanding of technologies and trends relevant to the company’s products and services.

  • Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their growth and development.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong documentation skills for creating technical manuals, user guides, and solution proposals.

  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients and internal teams.

  • Strong customer service focus, understanding and addressing client needs.

  • Experience in customizing solutions to meet client requirements and ensuring integration with existing systems.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like sales, product development, and support.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to advocate for ideas.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a professional demeanor.

  • [Bonus] Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred.

Terms

  • Title: Senior Solutions Engineer

  • Salary: €70,000-100,000 per year (full-time permanent work contract).

  • Equity: 100-400 stock options vested over 4 years.

  • Location: France or other EU countries (excluding UK, Iceland and Switzerland)

  • Work essentials: MacBook Pro, AirPods, and other necessary equipment.
