Job Description

Join a stellar team of leaders and experts in blockchain technology, cryptography, infrastructure, and security to build the backbone of blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. We’re hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, and scale the systems that power our platform. You’ll work at the intersection of blockchain, cybersecurity, and distributed infrastructure, ensuring our services are reliable, secure, and ready to meet the demands of a trillion-dollar financial industry. This role goes beyond maintaining servers. You’ll architect, automate and secure infrastructure, improve resilience, and embed best-in-class DevOps and SRE practices into our workflows. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and security to translate requirements into infrastructure that is scalable, cost-efficient, and secure.

Preferred Experience

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability and security.

  • Architect and operate containerized and orchestrated systems (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Automate provisioning and deployments using Terraform, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Implement and maintain observability with Datadog across logs, metrics, and traces.

  • Optimize performance and reliability of Node.js applications and backend services.

  • Configure and manage secure enclaves (AWS Nitro) to harden critical workflows.

  • Partner with product and security to align infra decisions with roadmap and risk strategy.

  • Document systems, promote knowledge sharing, and support client discussions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE experience in cloud-native systems.

  • Strong expertise with AWS (Lambda, EKS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch); GCP is a plus; IBM and Thales are a plus too.

  • Skilled in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and CI/CD automations.

  • Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized microservices.

  • Experience administering and tuning SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Familiar with observability platforms (Datadog, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana).

  • Solid understanding of infrastructure security and applied cryptography fundamentals.

  • Proficiency in scripting and systems programming (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).

  • Clear communication skills, ability to operate under pressure and make sound decisions.

  • Ideally, experience with blockchain networks and smart contracts.

  • Salary: $180,000-260,000 per year (full-time).
