Job Description

Join a stellar team of leaders and experts in blockchain technology, cryptography, infrastructure, and security to build the backbone of blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize all CRM data, lead generation workflows, and sales/marketing automation at Dfns. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll act as the air-support system for our sales and marketing teams ensuring they have reliable and well-structured data to target the right prospects, nurture relationships, and accelerate deals. You’ll manage CRM processes end to end, implement lead scoring and nurturing campaigns, enrich prospect databases, and build automated workflows that give our commercial teams leverage. You’ll be the one ensuring sales reps can focus on conversations and closings, not manual data entry, while marketing gets the insights needed to run effective campaigns.

Preferred Experience

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain all CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Build and manage lead scoring, segmentation, and feed campaigns to support sales.

  • Automate sales and marketing processes (workflows, triggers, alerts) for efficiency.

  • Enrich databases with firmographic, technographic, and intents for targeted outreach.

  • Partner with sales and marketing to design insightful reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.

  • Ensure smooth integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and other GTM tools.

  • Proactively identify gaps in data, recommend improvements, and execute fixes.

  • Train and support sales/marketing on CRM best practices and data-driven workflows.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience managing CRM and marketing/sales automation systems.

  • Proven track record of driving lead gen and nurturing through data and automation.

  • Skilled in building workflows, automations, and integrations across GTM tech stacks.

  • Strong understanding of data enrichment tools, prospecting platforms, and intent data.

  • Experience creating dashboards and analytics that drive sales/marketing performance.

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a knack for keeping data clean and reliable.

  • Excellent communicator, able to work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership.

  • Experience in fintech, financial services and blockchain sectors is a plus.

  • Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy requirements is a plus too.
