Job Description

As a talented and ambitious Director PMM, you will report directly to our CEO and be responsible for driving the overall strategic direction and operational excellence that makes Welcome to the Jungle a growing success across all key business functions.

Leading a team of product marketing professionals you will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Revenue, and other departments, as well as with the Global Leadership team, C-Level executives and their teams across the organization.

Leadership & Management

  • Drive the development of high-performing team members, ensuring their professional growth and career advancement

  • Set clear vision and strategic direction while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within your team and across key stakeholder groups

  • Demonstrate strong cross-functional alignment with Product, Revenue, and Leadership teams to drive organizational success

  • Be the voice of our customers and users

Product Marketing Excellence

  • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for all products and feature releases

  • Lead product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development across target markets

  • Ensure consistent and impactful product marketing execution across both Foundation and Expansion platforms

  • Build and maintain comprehensive product knowledge bases and enablement programs for revenue teams

  • Own customer and user feedback loop to nurture our product roadmap and future developments

Strategic Market Analysis

  • Continuously monitor competitive landscape and emerging market trends to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business direction

  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and threats

  • Translate market insights into strategic recommendations for product roadmap and business strategy

Preferred Experience

At Welcome to the Jungle, we are all coming from (really) different backgrounds, that’s our main strength!

Our Director PMM would be someone with:

  • 10+ years of experience in a Go to market- PMM role, operating in a fast-paced environment and interacting with C-Levels and senior leadership

  • Experience in driving teams of diverse individuals towards high performance, based on respect and care

  • User centric and used to conduct user interviews to drive product recommendations

  • Ability to be hands on and think strategically

  • Track record in building Product Marketing Strategy that have a clearly monitored and demonstrated impact

  • Excellent communication skills in English - Experience in an international company (especially UK/US) is a big plus
