In this crucial role, you'll work on a diversity of engaging projects and learn about many different HR topics, including HR Administration, French labor law, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employer Branding, Learning & Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Workplace Culture, and more.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact...

  • You'll contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and employee communications

  • You'll support the HR team in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition

  • You''ll assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops for employees

  • You'll play a vital role in recruitment activities, which includes posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings

  • You'll conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends will enable you to support continuous improvement initiatives within the department

  • You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams on various initiatives as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment

  • You’ll be joining an incredible team that includes the Head of People & Culture, a Technical Recruiter, a Payroll Consultant, and a People Operations Apprentice.

Preferred Experience

We’re Eager to Meet You If…

  • You're enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree program -Bachelor or Master 1 or 2 (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration)

  • You have comprehensive communication and interpersonal skills

  • You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • You're have to ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • You have a basic understanding of HR principles and practices

  • You have a willingness to learn and take on new tasks

  • You are adaptable and flexible, easily operating in a dynamic start-up environment
