About the Role

The Scientific Project Management team is the backbone of our collaborative endeavors, guaranteeing that every project aligns with our mission and vision. Comprising three team members with backgrounds in genomics, bioinformatics, and project management, our small, but mighty team thrives on precision, collaboration, and relentless pursuit of excellence. We are the orchestrators of groundbreaking research, guiding projects from conception to completion with meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication.

What you will Do

Scientific Project Management

  • Participate in the management of scientific projects (internal Research & Development projects or with external collaborators).

  • Improve current workflows and automations using the Monday.com tool.

  • Promote Gen AI usage within the team to simplify and accelerate work.

Research Tax Credit (CIR) & Grants

  • Collect and organise all information related to R&D projects of 2025 (timeline, abstract, people involved) to help write the CIR dossier.

  • Monitor grants opportunities from different regions (FR/EU/CA/US) and from foundations/associations (rare diseases, cancers) for start-ups

  • Support grant submission for the company.

General / Transversal

  • Support event preparation, watch business, information gathering and follow up.

  • Participate in events/workshops/training on gene therapy, cell therapy or bioproduction.

  • Be actively involved in internal meeting preparation and presentation.

Preferred Experience

What we are looking for

  • M2 level in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Computational Chemistry, or any other related discipline.

  • Knowledge in innovation management or entrepreneurship is a plus.

  • Motivation to work at the intersection of genomic medicine and AI.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
