Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

🔬 Scientific Project Management

  • Contribute to the management of scientific projects, both internal R&D initiatives and collaborations with external partners.

  • Enhance existing project management processes, workflows, and automations using Monday.com.

  • Encourage and support the adoption of Microsoft GenAI Copilot within the team to simplify tasks and accelerate project delivery.

đź“‘ Research Tax Credit (CIR) & Grants

  • Gather and organize key information related to 2025 R&D projects (timelines, abstracts, team members involved) to support the preparation of the CIR dossier.

  • Monitor grant opportunities from regional, national, and international programs (FR/EU/CA/US), as well as foundations and associations (e.g., rare diseases, oncology).

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of grant applications for the company.

🌍 Professional Development Opportunities

  • Take part in industry events or workshops in gene therapy, cell therapy, or bioproduction, gaining exposure to the latest trends and networks.

  • Actively participate in the preparation and delivery of internal meetings and presentations.

Preferred Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (Year 2) in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Computational Chemistry, or another related discipline.

  • Knowledge or coursework in innovation management or entrepreneurship is a strong plus.

  • Genuine motivation to work at the intersection of genomic medicine and artificial intelligence.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Recruitment Process

  • 30-minute video call (Teams) with the People & Culture team.

  • 45-minute video call (Teams) with the Head of Scientific Project Management.

  • On-site interview with the SPM team.

  • PI behavioral assessment.

  • Reference checks (minimum two).
