We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner closely with our CEO and help scale WhiteLab Genomics at a pivotal moment of growth.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of the company, focused on leadership alignment, governance, external engagement and corporate initiatives. You will enable the CEO and Executive Team to operate with clarity, consistency, and impact internally and externally.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:
1. CEO Leverage & Strategic Support
Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping structure key topics, prepare decision materials, and ensure follow-through on strategic priorities.
Bring clarity to complex topics and translate them into actionable plans and high-quality executive outputs.
2. Leadership & Governance Excellence
Drive leadership operating rhythms (Exec meetings, OKRs, planning cycles), ensuring focus, accountability, and effective decision-making.
Coordinate Board preparation and follow-up, ensuring strong narrative, data quality, and execution of key decisions.
3. Corporate Initiatives & Key Company Moments
Support the design and rollout of company-wide initiatives (governance, processes, policies), ensuring real adoption and impact.
Own the preparation and execution of key company moments (kick-offs, executive workshops, strategic offsites), with a strong focus on alignment and outcomes.
4. Culture, Communication & Company Alignment
Drive culture and values initiatives at company scale, translating them into concrete behaviors and management practices.
Support CEO communications (All Hands, strategic updates) and ensure clarity and alignment during periods of growth and change.
5. External Engagement & Ecosystem Presence
Support the CEO in external-facing activities, including investors, partners, and the broader ecosystem.
Prepare briefings, presentations, and narratives to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all interactions.
Contribute to public affairs and strategic positioning of the company.
