-You hold a master’s degree in biology/(Bio)chemical engineering/Pharm.D or a similar degree with a demonstrated passion or experience in business
- You’re eager to immerse yourself in the business side of BioTech, TechBio, DeepTech, and Data Science, particularly in the AI-driven landscape.
- You have hands-on experience, specialized expertise, or a deep passion for pushing the boundaries of drug discovery and development — ideally within BioTech, TechBio, DeepTech, or genomic medicine.
- You excel at prioritizing tasks, staying organized, and working independently in a dynamic scientific setting.
- Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively in meetings, online discussions, virtual interactions, and client presentations.
- You’re comfortable in a bilingual workplace and possess professional proficiency in both French and English.
How You’ll Spend Your Time:
-You’ll engage with a wide range of functions internally and externally to understand and deliver on WhiteLab’s objectives in France and across Europe.
-You’ll conduct in-depth market research to identify relevant competitors, partners, clients and external growth opportunities in the field of genomic medicines.
- You’ll play a key role in partnership development, assisting with lead generation, customer discovery, and strategic relationship-building to expand WhiteLab’s European network.
-You’ll identify and build relationships with potential new partners and/or customers.
-You’ll maintain WhiteLab’s customer relationship management system with companies, contacts, and deals, generating insights from our network and deal flows.
- You’ll work closely with senior executives throughout the partnership lifecycle—from initial outreach and negotiations to collaboration structuring and follow-up.
-You’ll prepare high-impact WhiteLab’s materials for internal strategic meetings and external presentations in collaboration with the different R&D teams.
- You’ll monitor industry trends and identify new partnership-driven growth opportunities within France and Europe, including select funding or grant prospects that can enhance WhiteLab’s collaboration efforts.
- You’ll take an active role in industry events and conferences (France and Europe), supporting WhiteLab’s presence by preparing meetings, engaging with key stakeholders, and handling post-event follow-ups to strengthen strategic alliances.
