Job Description

Vyte is growing fast and we need your help to onboard new users, convert them to customers and ensure they are happy with the product!
You will

  • answer customer questions and requests by chat an Email (we use Intercom that is very user friendly for that)
  • schedule calls (we've built the best app for that!) with customers that have specific needs to understand how Vyte would be a good fit for them
  • review and improve our automated notifications to users (also on Intercom)
  • write compelling answers to interesting questions you identify from customers in order to improve our FAQ (https://support.vyte.in)
  • Write business case to showcase the success of key B2B accounts
  • Identify interesting potential customers and reach out to them

Preferred Experience

  • You like talking to customers by email, chat or on the phone
  • Empathy for our customers and understanding of their needs
  • Fluent in French and English (German and other languages are nice to have)
