Job Description

Customer experience is at the heart of our product. As Customer Success Intern, you’ll be responsible for building the systems, tools, and content that empower our users to succeed on their own — and feel supported every step of the way.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and improve our Help Center so that users can find answers before even opening a support ticket

  • Create tutorials and help content, in collaboration with the comms and product teams

  • Help set up and structure our ticket management system: from choosing the right tool to writing first responses and solving real customer issues

  • Be part of building a service culture like Alan’s — human, clear, structured, and caring 💙

You’ll work closely with Flore (CEO) and our tech team to create a top-tier customer care experience.

Preferred Experience

Your Profile

  • Resourceful, analytical, and comfortable writing clear content in English and French

  • You enjoy talking to customers and understanding their real problems

  • You love things that are well-organized, efficient, and easy to use — and you’re ready to help build structure from scratch

  • Curious about SaaS tools and inspired by the best-in-class support experiences
