We're looking for a Sales Lead to lead our full commercial strategy â from closing key mid-market deals to building and scaling the sales team. You'll work closely with the founders to shape our GTM approach and help drive product-market fit.

The Role
After having reached a few hundreds thousands euros in ARR, our goal is to now reach âŹ3m ARR by the end of 2026.
The role will take place alongside our founder Fadel on a wide range of key topics with one defined target: maximize our revenue

What you'll achieve
⥠Own and lead the entire sales process â from lead generation to closing
đ° Close the first mid- and upper mid-market deals (10â50k⏠ARR)
đ Build our commercial playbook: tools, scripts, pitches, and performance KPIs
đ Recruit, train, and manage the first sales team within 12â18 months
đĄ Explore new revenue streams: launch new products, build indirect sales distribution through partnerships
