Today, in critical industries such as food & beverage, chemicals, packaging, flavors & fragrances, animal nutrition and pharma, compliance data still moves through emails, PDFs and Excel files.

Tracklab was founded in the end of 2022 by:

Nicolas Henry (Ponts & Chaussées, Columbia University, ex-Uber San Francisco)

Fadel Bennani (HEC Paris, ex-Bain & Company)

Your internship supervisor will be Hadrien Fauchet, Head of Operations, who will work alongside you on a daily basis throughout the internship.

We already work with 100+ trusted industrial companies and 30k+ suppliers across food, cosmetics, packaging, animal nutrition, chemicals, and more.

📍We’re looking for Operations Associate Intern who wants to make a real impact, with a clear path towards a full-time contract at the end of the internship.

What you'll achieve

The internship will take place alongside our Operation Manager, Hadrien, on a wide range of key topics:

  • ⚙️ Managing end-to-end client onboarding, from requirements modeling and AI configuration to the setup of operational workflows tailored to each deployment.

  • 🚀 Free rein to optimize processes with AI, either yourself or with the Product & Data teams

  • ⚙ Work closely with Product & Engineering to improve the platform on multiple aspects

  • 🛠️ New Ventures, contribute to the testing phase and launch of new products and services

  • 📊 Client communication - follow-up meetings, deliverable coordination, and post-onboarding support to drive customer autonomy

  • 🤖 Data processing & structuring - cleaning, formatting, and importing client and supplier datasets to ensure platform accuracy

Profil recherché

Most important qualities for a Operations Associate role at Tracklab

  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and proactiveness: you enjoy taking ownership and driving your projects from A to Z

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to step out of your comfort zone, and strong capacity for adaptation in a fast-moving environment

  • Driven by a strong team spirit and a genuine interest in client success

Must haves Skills

  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets: comfortable handling complex datasets and structuring information

  • Strong written communication skills in French and English: client-facing emails and structured documentation are core to the role

  • Organized and detail-oriented: you can manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball

Nice to Haves Skills

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and an interest in how they are configured and operated

  • A first experience in a client-facing or project coordination role (internship, student project, associative work)

  • Curiosity about AI-assisted workflows and data validation tools
