Tracklab 🏭

🚀 Tracklab is building the system of record for regulated supply chains.

Today, in critical industries such as food & beverage, chemicals, packaging, flavors & fragrances, animal nutrition and pharma, compliance data still moves through emails, PDFs and Excel files.

As regulations accelerate across Europe and globally (technical data, product safety, sustainability frameworks & ESG), this creates:

  • Major regulatory exposure

  • Product recalls costing hundreds of thousands to millions of euros

  • Poor data reliability

  • Heavy operational friction

Tracklab provides the infrastructure layer that allows industrial companies to collect, structure, validate and securely share trusted supplier and product data — in an auditable, AI-native way.

Our ambition is simple:

👉 the infrastructure standard companies rely on to operate in an increasingly regulated world.

Each Tracklab deployment starts as a SaaS platform implemented within a single industrial company — structuring its compliance and operational data.

But the real power comes from what happens next.

As companies invite their suppliers and partners onto the platform, these individual deployments connect together, forming a trusted data network across supply chains.

We already work with 100+ trusted industrial companies and tens of thousands of their suppliers across food, cosmetics, packaging, animal nutrition, chemicals, and more.

👥 A strong team

Tracklab was founded in the end of 2022 by:

Nicolas Henry (Ponts & Chaussées, Columbia University, ex-Uber San Francisco)

Fadel Bennani (HEC Paris, ex-Bain & Company)

The Role

At Tracklab, marketing is not a support function. It is a core growth engine.

You will sit at the crossroads of enterprise strategy, product, and network expansion, helping us scale both sides of our model:

  • Winning large industrial groups

  • Expanding the Tracklab network across supply chains

This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will work directly with the founders, Sales, and Product teams.

1️⃣ Enterprise Go-To-Market

You will help position Tracklab as the infrastructure standard for regulated industries.

  • Refine and sharpen our positioning for €1bn+ industrial groups

  • Build high-quality marketing assets for complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Structure messaging for executives (CEO, COO, Quality, Regulatory, IT)

  • Produce strategic content (case studies, white papers, LinkedIn thought leadership, website pages)

  • Support Sales with high-impact materials

2️⃣ Network & Product-Led Growth

Tracklab becomes more powerful when suppliers join the platform.

You will help design scalable mechanisms to accelerate this dynamic.

  • Work closely with Product to improve supplier activation and onboarding

  • Structure communication flows that drive adoption

  • Turn each new client into a distribution channel

  • Build repeatable growth loops

  • Measure performance and continuously optimize

Your mission: strengthen both growth engines simultaneously.

🚀 This is a high-impact position with real ownership and visibility.
