Our ambition is to build Bureau Veritas 2.0 β a modern, tech-driven evolution of the traditional Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) model.
After successfully convincing 100 industrial clients across Europe, we are now setting out to transform the broader TIC market. Across sectors such as food, cosmetics, and electronics, tens of thousands of companies depend on industrial certifications that are not just regulatory checkboxes but essential requirements from their biggest clients. These certifications are critical for doing business β and for staying competitive.
Our vision is to deliver a full-stack, 360Β° solution that simplifies how companies obtain and maintain these certifications. By streamlining their compliance processes, we help them reduce friction, cut hidden costs, and unlock new levels of performance.
The Role
As a Customer Success & Care intern, you will join the Ops & CSM team.
Your goal: to ensure our customers are satisfied and maximize the return on investment of the Tracklab platform for their organization.
