We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our expanding commercial team and play a key role in Tracklab’s next stage of growth. We want smart, action-oriented teammates who value excellence and are motivated by ambitious collective goals.
Working closely with our Sales team, you’ll help execute our go-to-market strategy and support our transition from a rapidly growing startup to an industry leader.

The Role
As we accelerate toward €1.5M ARR by the end of 2026, you will be at the heart of our acquisition engine. Your mission will be to initiate strategic conversations with the right stakeholders, identify promising prospects, open high-value discussions, and lay the foundations for future partnerships — with a strong focus on mid-market industrial clients (10–50k€ ARR per deal).
