Nous travaillons pour des clients qui constituent le véritable tissu industriel de la France, dans des secteurs complexes et passionnants : agro-alimentaire, pharma, cosmétiques, aéronautique…

Tracklab a été fondée en 2022 par Nicolas Henry (Ponts & Chaussées, Columbia University, Uber San Francisco) et Fadel Bennani (HEC Paris, Bain & Company), avec l'ambition de créer un acteur majeur du secteur de la conformité en Europe, un "Bureau Veritas 2.0".

Après avoir levé un tour de pré-seed de €500k en 2022 avec Kima Ventures, la BPI et des Business Angels exceptionnels, développé un premier produit en un temps record et signé nos premiers clients, nous partons à la conquête du marché.

🚀 Tracklab is building the system of record for regulated supply chains.

Today, in critical industries such as food & beverage, chemicals, packaging, flavors & fragrances, animal nutrition and pharma, compliance data still moves through emails, PDFs and Excel files.

As regulations accelerate across Europe and globally (technical data, product safety, sustainability frameworks & ESG), this creates:

  • Major regulatory exposure

  • Product recalls costing hundreds of thousands to millions of euros

  • Poor data reliability

  • Heavy operational friction

Tracklab provides the infrastructure layer that allows industrial companies to collect, structure, validate and securely share trusted supplier and product data — in an auditable, AI-native way.

👥 A strong team

Tracklab was founded in the end of 2022 by:

Nicolas Henry (Ponts & Chaussées, Columbia University, ex-Uber San Francisco)

Fadel Bennani (HEC Paris, ex-Bain & Company)

François Cadoret joined the company as Sales Lead (10y-experience in Sales in B2B SaaS, ex-Head of Sales at Regate).

Thomas Le Bescou joined the company as Account Executive (ex-Riot & Doctolib)

Maëlle Bertron joined the company as Business Development Representative (ex-Tomorro)

We already work with 100+ trusted industrial companies and 30k+ suppliers across food, cosmetics, packaging, animal nutrition, chemicals, and more.

📍We’re looking for 2 Account Executives

We’re looking for 2 Account Executives to join our growing commercial team and take a hands-on role in driving Tracklab’s next phase of growth. You’ll be instrumental in closing key deals, expanding our client base among industrial mid-market companies, and shaping our commercial best practices.

You’ll work closely with our founders Sales Lead, Account Executives and BDRs to execute our go-to-market strategy and help us scale from a fast-growing startup to a market leader.

The Role

As we accelerate towards €1.5m ARR by the end of 2026 and target €10m ARR in coming years, you will play a central part in fueling our revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a particular focus on mid-market industrial clients (15–50k€ ARR per deal).

What you'll achieve


Take ownership of the full sales cycle — prospecting to closing deals from qualified leads

💰 Close new business with mid-market clients (15–50k€ ARR) and contribute directly to our revenue targets

😎 Insure an accurate forecast by managing a pipeline of high-potential prospects

🚀 Represent Tracklab with C-level and operational decision makers (Quality/Regulatory, Managing Directors, Finance, Tech)

🌟 Collaborate with the founders and Sales Lead to continuously improve our sales process, playbooks, and KPIs

💡 Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback with Product and Customer Success teams

Profil recherché

Expectations:

  • Able to hunt, qualify, and close new business

  • Comfortable managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 2 to 6 months

  • 2–4 years of SaaS sales experience in fields related to process digitalization

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage confidently with C-level executives in the industry

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and eager to have a direct impact on structuring the company’s processes

  • Proficiency in English (given international growth and English-speaking stakeholders)

Strong pluses:

  • Knowledge or strong interest in quality management, CSR, supply chain, or procurement roles

  • Familiarity with sales tools (Hubspot, prospecting tools) and sales frameworks such as SPIN, GAP selling or MEDDPICC, as used by Tracklab
