Job Description

As a Senior Sales Account Executive at Thunders, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base in the rapidly evolving world of AI-driven software testing. Your immediate priority will be selling to our existing leads while helping structure and refine our sales motion for scale.

You will work closely with our CRO, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities, close deals, and build lasting relationships with high-value clients.

This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented doer who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, with the potential to take on team leadership responsibilities as the sales organization grows.

Preferred Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

  • Drive SaaS sales to CTOs, CPOs, IT Directors, and other senior decision-makers.

  • Build strong relationships, identify needs, and tailor solutions.

  • Conduct product demos and presentations.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline via outreach, networking, and referrals.

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to drive client success.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Excellent English and French communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to CTOs, CPOs, or IT Directors.

  • Strong understanding of technology and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

  • Passion for AI and a habit of using AI tools in your work.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently and maintain a meticulous, up-to-date CRM.

Extra Credits

  • Additional languages (German, Arabic, etc.).

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of current trends in technology and SaaS.

  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
