Descriptif du poste

As the first and only Product/UI&UX Designer at teale, your mission is to create innovative, bold, and exceptional product experiences on mobile and desktop that help people take care of their mental health.

You will work directly with our Head of Product, but collaborate with multiple teams: Tech team,  User Engagement Team, Care team and Customer Success team

Missions

  • UI and UX:  Design exceptional features by participating in all phases of the product process: vision-setting, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity designs

  • Prototype: Quickly prototype solutions and conduct user tests to validate and refine your hypotheses 

  • Delivery: Accompany engineers in shipping high-quality experiences with detailed and design system compliant specs, design review, and regular communication

  • Research: Partner with PMs, Developers, and Data Analysts to make product and design choices informed by qualitative user research and quantitative data analysis. Discover user needs and propose new features or feature optimization based on your research

Profil recherché

  • At least 5 years of work experience in Product Design or UI, ideally in fast-growing environment

  • Ambitious, you want to work in a creative and challenging environment

  • Proactive and creative, put new ideas on the table on a daily basis

  • Sensitive to the “Less is more” and clean/efficient interfaces

  • Strong ability to work in an agile environment, shipping fast and iterating

  • Mastery of Figma and on the creation of generic components

  • An important critical sense
