At Steerlab, our mission is to use AI to empower PreSales teams to win more deals. We do so by automating their response processes to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), Security Questionnaires and other vendor questionnaires.

By leveraging fine-tuned language models and Multi-Modal agentic AI systems, we provide answers, elevate writing quality, and deliver insights that significantly increase win rates. We aim to transform tedious workflows into efficient, automated, and insightful experiences, allowing our customers to focus on securing deals rather than doing busywork.

We’re based at Station F in Paris, the largest startup campus in the world.

Job Description

As our founding GTM specialist, you'll work directly with the CEO to drive growth and establish our market presence. Your role will be pivotal in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and developing our marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. SDR Responsibilities:

* Lead generation and qualification: Proactively identify, engage, and book demos with potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, our website, and in-person networking events.

* Outreach campaigns: Develop, implement, and experiment with different outbound campaigns and scripts to effectively reach our target audience.

* Conference attendance: Represent Steerlab at key industry conferences and events, networking with attendees and engaging potential customers.

* Sales content creation: Develop and maintain sales enablement resources like decks, prospecting templates, and call scripts.

* Warm lead nurturing: Manage and nurture warm leads generated from conferences, webinars, and inbound inquiries through personalized interactions.

* Market research: Conduct ongoing research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and perform need-based customer segmentation.

* CRM management: Own the company CRM, meticulously updating and logging all customer interactions.

* Performance tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation and qualification metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

  1. Marketing Responsibilities:

* Marketing strategy: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.

* Content creation: Craft engaging content for social media, blog posts, whitepapers, and other digital platforms to boost brand awareness and thought leadership.

* Email marketing: Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep customers engaged.

* Event support: Assist in organizing and managing virtual and in-person events, including webinars and networking sessions.

Preferred Experience

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as an SDR or similar role in B2B sales in the technology or SaaS sectors

  • Excellent communication and networking skills, able to engage technical and sales leaders

  • Experience attending and representing companies at industry conferences

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales outreach tools

  • Fluency in English with exceptional storytelling skills

  • Experience with social media and digital marketing

  • A keen interest in AI and the SaaS industry

  • Experience in PreSales is a plus

Recruitment Process

  1. Initial interview (30min): Conducted by our CEO, this conversation helps us understand your background and assess your fit for our team.

  2. Multifaceted Assessment (1 hour): This session evaluates your problem-solving, communication, and writing skills through real-world scenarios. You'll demonstrate your ability to hustle, show grit, and handle outreach situations professionally.

  3. Final Interview (30min): A final meeting with the founders focusing on alignment of values and mutual expectations.
