A highly technical Head of Engineering to partner with our CTO and help scale Sonaar's platform, team, and engineering culture.

You have a proven track record of scaling modern software systems and high-performing teams. Your missions
Co-lead the technical strategy with the CTO, setting the architecture, tooling, and development standards
Lead and grow the engineering team, combining human talent with AI agents and automation where they create real leverage
Design and supervise backend architectures, ensuring modularity, resilience, and long-term maintainability
Oversee the development of front-end and back-end features, ensuring high-quality, testable, and performant code
Shape data architecture and modeling to align with product goals and enable predictive analytics
Guarantee the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems and infrastructure
Drive practical innovation, using new tools and AI-native workflows to improve speed, quality, automation, and data accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and business teams to align technology with strategic priorities
