Already in limited numbers, these professionals largely feel that they are wasting time on the organization and management of their projects. Half of their resources are lost on support or administrative tasks. However, they have 4M households to equip by 2030!

🟢💻 With a complete project organization platform, designed specifically for installers, we help our installers regain control of their time and their projects. Our first metrics: 75% time saved and happy users!

Our team

We are Manon (CEO), Kevin (CTO) and Alexandre (COO). Three engineers (but not only), graduates of Centrale, X-HEC Entrepreneurs, SupOptique and ISAE-Supaero. We were joined by Arthur and Leo in February and April respectively. Together, we are developing Solteo, and giving our best to support our installers!

2023 was a big year for Solteo, we won the pre-incubation program of HEC Paris, and we were elected among the best projects of the X-HEC Entrepreneurs program.

Incubated at the HEC Incubator at Station F from September 2023, we also joined the Wilco accelerator in the "CleanTech & Energy" program.

And since the beginning of this year, we moved into our own offices in the heart of Paris!

Many changes for Solteo, but one thing remains constant: we can always count on our partner installers and users to guide us, and that's what makes our strength!

We are looking for a full-stack developer to join our team on a permanent contract starting June 2024, to help us build the future of the Solteo platform.

And we promise you, lots of things to do and responsibilities to take on a product and a market that makes sense!

Your mission

By joining our growing technical and product team, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in its structuring.

Your goal will be to actively participate in the development, continuous improvement of our SaaS platform and the expansion and structuring of our tech team.

You will aim to design and develop new features, optimize performance, and contribute to the product architecture to provide a flexible and reliable user experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Contribute to the future of Solteo both technically and product-wise by implementing new features

  • Maintain a maximum level of reliability, robustness and code quality

  • Play an essential role in building our technical team in recruitment and in setting up a solid structure

  • Be an integral part of functional choices, specifications and prioritizations

  • Actively participate in the development process, bringing technical expertise and contributing to design, coding and solving complex problems

  • Conduct in-depth studies on the implementation of advanced features

  • Document these studies accurately, ensuring clear and actionable information.

  • Share your findings and recommendations with the tech team and the CTO, and be the technical guarantor

  • Take part in code reviews and ensure a high level of demand on code quality

  • Frontend: React (NextJS) and Typescript

  • Backend: Python (Flask)

  • DB: PostgreSQL

  • Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, EC2), Docker

  • CI/CD: Github Actions

  • Monitoring: Datadog

  • Mobile app: React-Native

Profil recherché

This position is for you if…

The musts

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Full-stack Development.

  • You have a solid technical experience in Typescript and Python environments

  • You are rigorous in terms of testing and code quality

  • You have a Bac+5 in computer science, engineering or related field.

  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically

  • You know how to delegate tasks effectively, provide clear guidance and set achievable goals

  • You are ambitious to deliver applications with high reliability and optimum availability

  • You speak French fluently

  • You have already supervised a team of developers
