At Sillage, we’re reinventing sales prospecting by replacing spam with meaningful, signal-driven connections. Our platform delivers ultra-qualified leads to help sales teams reach the right prospects at the right time. We recently launched and are growing fast.

We’re looking for a Project Manager / Customer Success Manager to guide our customers from onboarding to long-term success. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing leaders at some of the most ambitious scale-ups and enterprises, helping them get the most out of Sillage.

Your mission will be to:

  • Onboard new customers and train their sales teams on how to leverage Sillage effectively.

  • Run lead generation workshops such as cold calling challenges, helping customers put buying signals into practice.

  • Act as a trusted partner: understand customers’ sales processes, identify opportunities, and ensure they generate pipeline with Sillage.

  • Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices (text, video, and live formats).

  • Collect feedback from customers and work closely with the founders and product team to improve our platform.

  • Contribute to building a community of top-performing sales reps by sharing insights and success stories.

This is a customer-facing role with strong operational impact: you’ll be the reason our customers succeed.

Preferred Experience

We’re looking for someone with a sales mindset who can speak the same language as our customers. You’ll thrive if you have:

  • Experience in sales, sales operations, or marketing (mandatory to be credible with our customers).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills — you’re comfortable leading workshops and training sessions.

  • A passion for helping others succeed, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to create clear and engaging content (text, slides, or short videos).

  • Organizational skills to manage multiple customer projects in parallel.

  • Bonus: experience in customer success or project management in a SaaS startup.

Recruitment Process

We keep our process lean and human:

  1. Intro call (15 min) – Meet the CEO to align on your motivations and the role.

  2. Customer success conversation (45 min) – With the CTO/CEO, we’ll discuss your sales/marketing knowledge and how you’d support customers.

  3. Practical case – A short exercise (e.g., outline a cold calling workshop or draft onboarding content) to see your approach in action.

  4. Final chat – Meet the broader team, exchange about culture and growth opportunities, and decide if we’re a match.
