At Sillage, we’re reinventing sales prospecting by replacing spam with meaningful, signal-driven connections. Our platform delivers ultra-qualified leads to help sales teams reach the right prospects at the right time. We recently launched and are growing fast.
We’re looking for a Project Manager / Customer Success Manager to guide our customers from onboarding to long-term success. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing leaders at some of the most ambitious scale-ups and enterprises, helping them get the most out of Sillage.
Your mission will be to:
Onboard new customers and train their sales teams on how to leverage Sillage effectively.
Run lead generation workshops such as cold calling challenges, helping customers put buying signals into practice.
Act as a trusted partner: understand customers’ sales processes, identify opportunities, and ensure they generate pipeline with Sillage.
Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices (text, video, and live formats).
Collect feedback from customers and work closely with the founders and product team to improve our platform.
Contribute to building a community of top-performing sales reps by sharing insights and success stories.
This is a customer-facing role with strong operational impact: you’ll be the reason our customers succeed.
