Marketing Associate

Job Description

At Sillage, we’re building the future of sales intelligence. Our mission is to make sales more purposeful, replacing spam with meaningful connections powered by buying signals.

We recently launched and we’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join us at an early stage and help tell our story to the world. You’ll work directly with the founders and our customers to make us loud 📣 📣 📣

Your mission will be to:

  • Create top-quality content across channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, podcasts), including customer stories, thought leadership, and creative campaigns.

  • Support the launch and growth of The GTM School, our flagship content series teaching the new rules of go-to-market.

  • Organize events and webinars with our customers and community to share best practices and amplify our vision.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success to turn insights into stories that resonate.

  • Experiment with new formats (video, podcasts, live events) and continuously measure what works best.

This role blends content, community, and events. You’ll be a key voice in how Sillage is perceived — and help us grow a movement around signal-driven sales.

Preferred Experience

We’re open to juniors or early-career candidates, but we expect strong content creation appetite. You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have excellent writing skills in English (French is a plus).

  • Are creative and comfortable producing stories in multiple formats (video, social posts, articles, podcasts).

  • Feel at ease interviewing customers or moderating discussions.

  • Are curious about sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship.

  • Have an interest in community building, events, or communications.

  • Bonus: some knowledge of design (Canva, Figma) or video editing.

Above all, you’re proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to try new things.

Recruitment Process

We keep things simple and quick:

  1. Intro call (15 min) – Meet the CEO to get to know each other and discuss your motivation.

  2. Content conversation (30–45 min) – Discuss your creative process with the CEO/CTO, and how you’d approach content at Sillage.

  3. Practical case – A short exercise (e.g., drafting a LinkedIn post or short video script) to see how you think and write.

  4. Final chat – Meet the team and align on expectations, growth opportunities, and next steps.
