Why this role matters
You’ll co-own our technical vision and ship across the entire stack. As a founding engineer, you’ll shape the foundation of a platform that will become the external source of truth for sales signals of our customers.
We’re still a small engineering team (a CTO and a junior developer, both alumni of 42) who built the first MVP in a few weeks and already onboarded dozens of customers. It’s now time to accelerate and build upon this successful version a solid and scalable platform.
We move fast, and we collaborate closely.
Outside of work, we also do strength training together twice a week.
What you’ll do
Build and ship product features end-to-end across backend, agents, frontend, and infrastructure.
Drive fast iteration cycles: weekly - often daily - releases based on real user feedback.
Collaborate closely with the founders to refine architecture, improve performance, and scale systems.
Work directly on the customer pain points: you’re part of product decisions, not just execution.
Help prepare the engineering org for the next stage of growth.
