Content Marketing Associate

Job Description

At Sillage, we believe sales should feel human again — built on context, timing, and meaningful conversations. To spread this vision, we’re looking for a Content Marketing Associate to join us at an early stage. We recently launched and are growing fast.

Your mission will be to:

  • Work hand in hand with the founders to shape and share the story of Sillage across multiple formats (LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, podcasts…).

  • Collaborate with our customers to craft compelling customer stories and highlight their successes.

  • Help us launch and grow The GTM School, our content series designed to teach founders and sales teams the new rules of go-to-market.

  • Produce creative, high-quality content — from short LinkedIn posts to long-form articles, video scripts, and podcast outlines.

  • Experiment with new content formats and channels to expand our reach and community.

This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-moving startup environment while building a strong personal marketing skillset.

Preferred Experience

You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for someone with drive, curiosity, and creativity. You’ll thrive if you:

  • Have excellent writing skills in English (French is a plus).

  • Are comfortable interviewing customers, colleagues, or external guests.

  • Know your way around social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, or podcast platforms).

  • Are curious about sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship, and want to help others learn.

  • Have some basic skills in video editing, Canva, or other content tools (not mandatory but nice to have).

  • Bring ideas and initiative: you like testing new ways of telling stories.

Recruitment Process

We keep things simple and quick:

  1. Intro call (15 min) – Meet the CEO to get to know each other and discuss your motivation.

  2. Content conversation (30–45 min) – Discuss your creative process with the CEO/CTO, and how you’d approach content at Sillage.

  3. Practical case – A short exercise (e.g., drafting a LinkedIn post or short video script) to see how you think and write.

  4. Final chat – Meet the team and align on expectations, growth opportunities, and next steps.
