Job Description

Your role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager ready to build and own our entire marketing strategy. You'll be one of our first marketing hires, which means direct impact and complete creative freedom - from content creation to advertising to event planning.

Every campaign you launch and every piece of content you create will directly shape how thousands of companies discover and understand our product. Want to know what your first month could look like? You might start by redesigning our blog strategy in the morning, set up our first LinkedIn campaign by lunch, and end your day planning our presence at the next major SaaS conference. The next week will probably look completely different as you test and learn what works best. Interested?

Your responsibilities

  • Drive our content strategy through compelling blog articles, video ads, and LinkedIn content that resonates with our target audience

  • Develop and execute SEO and SEA strategies to increase our digital presence and lead generation

  • Plan and manage our presence at industry tradeshows to build brand awareness and generate quality leads

  • Create and implement our LinkedIn advertising strategy to reach key decision-makers

  • Partner with the Growth team to align marketing initiatives with outbound strategies

  • Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels

  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies that support our business objectives

Preferred Experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing

  • Full working proficiency in English, both written and verbal

  • Proven track record in content creation and digital marketing

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics and KPIs

  • Experience with SEO, SEA, and social media marketing

Preferred

  • Based in Paris (FR), San Francisco (USA), or ability to work remote

  • Immediate availability to start

  • Experience with our tech stack: Attio (CRM), email marketing tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA, Zapier, Notion, and similar marketing automation platforms

  • Experience working in a hyper-growth startup environment
