Job Description

Your role

We are looking for a Growth manager to lead our acquisition engine. As one of our first leadership hires, you'll shape how thousands of companies discover and adopt our product. You'll create our marketing and growth teams from the ground up, combining proven strategies with fresh approaches to drive our expansion. Your decisions will directly influence our growth across markets - from selecting your first hires to allocating budgets across channels to defining how we measure success. One day you might be mapping out our international expansion strategy, the next diving deep into campaign data with your team to unlock new growth opportunities.

Your responsibilities

  • Build and lead the growth and marketing teams, including hiring, mentoring, and developing talent

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies across multiple channels

  • Create and manage marketing and growth budgets to optimize ROI across all channels

  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure and optimize team performance

  • Drive strategic initiatives across:

    • Outbound campaigns and automation
    • Content strategy and SEO
    • Paid advertising (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
    • Event marketing and tradeshows
    • Brand development
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to align strategies and optimize the revenue funnel

  • Build scalable processes for both marketing and growth operations

Preferred Experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing/growth, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

  • Proven track record of scaling marketing/growth teams and driving revenue growth

  • Strong understanding of both marketing strategy and growth tactics

  • Experience managing budgets and demonstrating marketing ROI

  • Track record of successful team building and leadership

  • Deep knowledge of marketing/growth tech stacks and automation

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills

Preferred

  • History of scaling startups from early stage to growth phase

  • Based in Paris (FR), San Francisco (USA), or ability to work remote

  • Immediate availability to start

  • Experience with our tech stack: Attio (CRM), email marketing tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA, Zapier, Notion, and similar marketing automation platforms
