We are a team of 15 people, including experienced go-to-market experts, senior developers, and product guys committed to building the most user-friendly and advanced interactive demo platform on the market.

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team, tasked with the role of contributing to the establishment of our sales team and the foundational structure of our sales organization. In this role, you will be contributing to shaping the future of our business development efforts, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to engage in the challenge of building a business development strategy in a hyper-growth startup environment.

Your future missions within our team:

  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team

  • Follow up on leads and track progress in CRM

  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows in the EU and US

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities

  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, initiative, and curiosity

  • Excellent organization and methodology

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • Located in Paris, FR

  • Full working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.

  • Immediate availability to start.

Recruitment Process

Hiring Process:

  1. Pre-qualification call (20 minutes) to discuss your experience and fit.

  2. Technical interview with one of our co-founders (1 hour) to delve deeper into your skills and potential contributions.

  3. Discussion on goals (30 minutes) to align expectations and objectives.

  4. Team fit call with other co-founders (15 minutes) to ensure cultural alignment.
