We are seeking an exceptional Systems Engineer to accelerate our growth in France and across Europe. This role is central to our expansion strategy, working with both enterprise customers and channel partners (MSSPs, MDR providers, VARs) to deliver technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
As a Systems Engineer, reporting to the Head of Sales Engineer - CEUR, you will be the technical authority on Sekoia.io's XDR platform—responsible for presales activities, proof-of-concept management, partner enablement, and comprehensive sales support. You will engage directly with enterprise security teams and executives while also enabling partners to successfully sell, deploy, and operate Sekoia.io solutions.
Your missions :
Technical Presales & Customer Engagement
Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand our clients and partner’s security requirements, existing infrastructure, and business objectives
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that articulate the value of Sekoia.io's XDR platform, showcasing SIEM, SOAR, and CTI capabilities
Translate complex technical features into tangible business value and ROI for both technical and executive stakeholders
Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple stakeholders across security, IT, compliance, and procurement functions
Partner & Channel Enablement
Design and deliver comprehensive partner enablement programs to equip channel and MSSP/MDR partners with deep Sekoia.io product knowledge and best practices.
Provide ongoing support throughout partners’ sales cycles and service delivery by joining customer meetings
Sales Support & Collaboration
Lead technical responses and collaborate with other Revenue teams on opportunity qualification, solution scoping, pricing, deployment timelines, and professional services strategy.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities through customer and partner environment assessments.
Customer Success & Technical Advisory
Act as a trusted technical advisor by understanding customers’ and partners’ security operations needs, advising on SIEM/SOC best practices and standards, and demonstrating seamless integration of Sekoia.io.
Stay current on cybersecurity trends & regulations, and relay customer and partner feedback to Product Management and Engineering to shape the product roadmap.
📍 The position can be based in Paris, Rennes or fully remote in major European cities. Professional trips paid for by the company might be required.
