The mission of the Sales Engineering & Services team is to help our prospects and customers maximize the adoption of our main product: Sekoia SOC Platform.
Your role:
As part of the Solution Engineers (Services) team, you will be involved in:
Advising our customers and key partners to ensure a complete adoption of our product (Technical Account Manager),
Developing or implementing tailor-made content for our users and ensuring a smooth transition during SIEM migrations projects (Professional Services),
Passing on your technical expertise (deploying, configuring and operating the product) through certified training courses,
Boosting win ratio by providing technical expertise during strategic prospect meetings led by our PreSales (Engineering Consulting).
Your missions :
As a Solution Architect, your missions will be :
Guarantee customer satisfaction through an exceptional level of service
Qualify, diagnose and process customers' technical requirements (Quick Win)
Provide technical and/or functional advice on the advanced use of the product and configurations made in the customer's IS
Carry out a variety of invoiced assignments, such as developing integrations, customizing product configuration, and assisting with solution migration
Participate in internal follow-up to resolve more complex malfunctions, and keep customers informed
Help define and create eLearning training plans, materials and Labs, adapted to different contexts and user profiles
Lead certified training courses and expert-level training workshops for our clients and partners
Work closely with our Product teams, Developers, Customer Success Managers and Support functions.
