Job Description

We’re building a new self-hosted security analytics platform designed for government, defense, finance, and critical infrastructure. As Senior PM, you’ll own the product vision and roadmap, working closely with engineers and design partners to deliver a modern, cloud-native platform that runs fully on-premise—even in air-gapped environments.

We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience with both on-prem enterprise deployments and cloud/SaaS products. You know how to balance operational realities with customer needs, and you love making complex technology usable, reliable, and market-ready.

📍 The position is available in Rennes, Paris or fully remote in Europe.

Your missions:

  • Lead and manage the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, with a focus on developing state-of-the-art security solutions.

  • Prioritize and manage the product discoveries, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals while balancing customer needs and technical feasibility.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product features, ensuring alignment with market needs.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and ensure seamless delivery.

  • Facilitate impactful product demos and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Preferred Experience

🤩 We are excited to meet you if :

  • A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on on-prem enterprise deployments and cloud/SaaS products.

  • You have a strong focus on cybersecurity products and a good understanding of the cybersecurity market.

  • Experience within highly regulated industries (government, defense, financial, critical infrastructure, healthcare institutions) is required

  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present confidently in English to diverse audiences. Speaking French is a nice bonus to have.

  • You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a capacity for strategic thinking and decision-making.

  • You have a proven ability to collect and synthesize user feedback into actionable product requirements.
