As a Sales Operations/Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in optimizing our sales and revenue processes. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and technology teams to ensure effective revenue management and operational excellence, contributing to the company's growth objectives.
Your missions :
Sales Forecasting and Planning: Assist in revenue forecasting and territory management, ensuring equitable opportunity distribution and developing sales compensation plans.
Analysis and Reporting: Create performance reports and dashboards in Hubspot, providing data-driven insights to improve conversion and retention rates. Ensure sales & revenue data is understood and correctly used by the different teams and softwares connected to hubspot throughout Sekoia.
Performance Management : Establishing metrics and KPIs to measure sales team performance, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement. Designing and managing sales compensation plans and incentive programs to motivate the sales team and align with company goals.
Sales Process Management: Streamline and automate sales processes while maintaining data integrity in our CRM system, HubSpot.
Pricing Strategy: Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies, monitoring revenue trends to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Revenue Strategy: Identify strategic initiatives to support revenue growth, develop project plans, and analyze outcomes for ongoing improvement.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align lead generation and revenue forecasting efforts.
Hubspot Administration: Assist in Hubspot maintenance, user training, reporting, process improvement, and documentation.
Data alignment : Ensure sales & revenue data is understood and correctly used by the different teams and softwares connected to hubspot.
