Our docs are a core part of the product experience. You’ll own the documentation site from top to bottom—setting standards, building a contribution model with Product/Engineering/Support, and publishing clear, accurate content that helps users succeed and reduces support load.
Your missions :
As a Product Content, you will :
Manage and maintain public documentation that is usable by our clients and partners
Write, edit, and enhance existing documentation, ensuring it remains up-to-date and relevant.
Create short screencasts, annotated GIF/MP4s, diagrams (Mermaid/PlantUML), and interactive examples that clarify complex workflows.
Embed API consoles (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger/ReDoc), runnable code sandboxes (StackBlitz/CodeSandbox), and copy-paste snippets with one-click setup.
Partner with PMs and engineers to scope doc work for each release; ensure docs are ready at launch.
Make it discoverable: Own docs SEO, search, and internal linking. Instrument analytics to understand search success, bounce, and task completion.
Ensure docs are clear, inclusive, and accessible (readability, structure, a11y best practices).
Use LLM-based tooling for drafting, summarizing, linting, and style checks; explore AI-assisted search and content suggestions.
Run content audits, archive or consolidate stale pages, and drive a roadmap of improvements.
