By joining Sekoia.io's Customer Success team, you'll be trained to use our tool and become a key element at the heart of our customer relations. You'll have your own portfolio of customers, whom you'll support from onboarding through to renewal. You'll be able to help our customers derive maximum added value from our Sekoia.io product and represent their needs internally to the various teams.
Your missions :
Develop an in-depth understanding of Sekoia.io to ensure product adoption among users and customers.
Onboard customers on Sekoia.io and support them as they become proficient with our tool (regular follow-ups meetings, responding to questions, organise dedicated workshops...).
Ensure the renewal of accounts from end to end.
Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of the value expected from the subscription, and ensure the completion of all success criteria.
Communicate the user's needs internally to the product team and other teams involved in the customer's various topics.
Participate in setting up KPIs related to Customer Satisfaction and renewals.
