Job Description

Scienta Lab is seeking a dynamic individual to develop our data partner network in immunology. As Data Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships with both academic and private institutions worldwide. Your focus will be on identifying, initiating, and managing these external data partnerships, driving impactful collaborations that fuel our mission.

You will be part of the Biomedical team and report directly to the CSO.

Main Missions:

·         Leverage your network to forge long-term and mutually beneficial collaborations with private and academic institutions actively involved in research on immuno-inflammation.

·         Identify and engage key stakeholders to develop Scienta Lab’s data network and advance our research objectives.

·         Initiate and lead discussions with key stakeholders to understand their data capabilities, their needs, and their preferences in collaboration.

·         Propose partnerships tailored to the specific requirements and preferences of each institution, ensuring alignment and mutual benefit.

·         Negotiate term sheets outlining the terms and conditions of collaboration agreements, including data sharing arrangements and mutual obligations.

·         Ensure the satisfaction of Scienta Lab’s data partners by effectively managing relationships, addressing concerns, and fostering trust to cultivate long-term collaborations and drive success.

Preferred Experience

Who we are looking for:

·         3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, tech transfer or related roles, with a focus on health data.

·         Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in contract management.

·         Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities.

·         Tenacity, persistence, and a proactive approach in pursuing partnership opportunities.

·         Full proficiency in English.

·         You have proficiency in identifying relevant data partners in immunology, particularly within the US and EU healthcare landscapes.

·         You have a track record in negotiating term sheet to implement mutually beneficial partnerships.

·         You have demonstrated your abilities in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

·         You have a strong network in immunology.

·         You are familiar with precision medicine and artificial intelligence.
