Job Description
Rippletide is scaling its presence in the US market, and we need a GTM Strategy & Outbound Lead to own and execute our go-to-market playbook from San Francisco. You will be responsible for building and running the outbound engine that generates qualified enterprise pipeline — targeting companies deploying AI agents that are hallucination-free, fully auditable, and 100% guardrail-compliant. This is a founding GTM role with direct impact on revenue and company trajectory.
What You'll Do
Design and execute the outbound go-to-market strategy for the US market, targeting enterprise teams deploying AI agents in production.
Build and manage a scalable outbound pipeline through cold outreach, partnerships, events, and community-driven channels.
Identify and engage key decision-makers — VP Engineering, Heads of AI, CTOs — at Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups.
Collaborate with the founding team to refine positioning, messaging, and sales collateral based on real market feedback.
Represent Rippletide at industry events, conferences, and meetups across the US AI ecosystem.
