GTM Strategy & Outbound Lead

Job Description

Rippletide is scaling its presence in the US market, and we need a GTM Strategy & Outbound Lead to own and execute our go-to-market playbook from San Francisco. You will be responsible for building and running the outbound engine that generates qualified enterprise pipeline — targeting companies deploying AI agents that are hallucination-free, fully auditable, and 100% guardrail-compliant. This is a founding GTM role with direct impact on revenue and company trajectory.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute the outbound go-to-market strategy for the US market, targeting enterprise teams deploying AI agents in production.

  • Build and manage a scalable outbound pipeline through cold outreach, partnerships, events, and community-driven channels.

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers — VP Engineering, Heads of AI, CTOs — at Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups.

  • Collaborate with the founding team to refine positioning, messaging, and sales collateral based on real market feedback.

  • Represent Rippletide at industry events, conferences, and meetups across the US AI ecosystem.

Preferred Experience

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS go-to-market, business development, or enterprise sales in the developer tools or AI infrastructure space.

  • Proven track record of building outbound pipeline from scratch and closing enterprise deals.

  • Deep understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem — you know who builds agents, what they struggle with, and why reliability matters.

  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions clearly.

  • Self-starter mentality with a bias for action. You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to Have

  • Network within the enterprise AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools community.

  • Experience at an early-stage startup where you helped define the GTM playbook.

  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) and the challenges of deploying agents in production.
