Job Description

We’re looking for our first Product Designer to help us design gamified & social learning experiences for our 1M+ users both in FR & in the US. If our work resonates with you, we’d love to get in touch

📲 What you will do

Being Revyze’s first Product Designer, you will :

  • Turn your visionary educational ideas into easy-to-use & exciting experiences for students.

  • Work closely with the business and tech to oversee the overall user experience from conception to launch (and continuous iterations). For context, at Revyze, our product/tech team is formed of former Alan / Kry / Luko software engineers.

  • Spend hours with our community to design unique educational games. We believe education should be fun. Our product should feel like a game.

For context, some of our on-going design projects include:

  • Turning Revyze into a Game. Just like games, we are working on building Revyze’s core loop & progression systems.

  • Building Revyze multi-player mode. Contrary to AI tutors, we believe learning is social. Our users learn with their real-life or online friends.

Preferred Experience

  • You have 3+ years of experience as Product Designer, ideally in a B2C company.

  • You have unique empathy skills. Community drives the change. We are building our product & our design by deeply caring about our users.

  • You are passionate about Revyze’s mission to democratize access to high quality education.

  • You have an entrepreneur mindset. We operate on a white canvas and there are so many initiatives that can be taken to improve education. Taking initiative and risks is at the very core of how we work.

  • You are a constant learner. Driven to grow, you are curious about learning new things that get you out of your comfort zone. You learn from your mistakes.

  • You are passionate about building products & taking on big challenges.

  • You are a team player and you like helping others solve problems. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • English proficiency is a requirement. International backgrounds or experiences are strong plus.

  • Knowledge on game design mechanisms is a plus.

Recruitment Process

  1. Introduction call with Gui - 30 min.

  2. Technical case n°1: 1h prep & 30min presentation with Gui & Anat, co-founder.

  3. A half-day visit in our offices at Station F, where:

    1. we work on technical case n°2: 1h prep & 30 min
    2. you’ll have one conversation with Flo, co-founder, & another with another team member
    3. you’ll meet the full time (and ideally have lunch with us)

  4. A conversation with one of our design friends.

  5. References & offers.
