Red Alert Labs is a growing cybersecurity startup based in Paris, specializing in innovative SaaS solutions for secure cloud infrastructure. We are a close-knit team of about 20 professionals, committed to delivering excellence in cybersecurity as we expand on a global scale. We are seeking a highly skilled DevOp Engineer to play a key role in building and securing our cloud infrastructure as we prepare for rapid growth.
As a DevOp Engineer at Red Alert Labs, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining a scalable cloud infrastructure to support our SaaS platform. This role will require in-depth knowledge of network security, cloud services, and database management. The position is part-time (50%), and candidates may work on-site in Paris, remotely within France, or in a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement a global cloud architecture to support a Node.js-based SaaS platform.
* Manage and monitor multiple virtual instances for SaaS frontend, backend, and databases.
* Architect and maintain a distributed, reliable database infrastructure.
* Work primarily with PostgreSQL and ensure its efficient integration with the cloud environment.
* Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined and automated deployments.
* Secure all cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
* Implement security monitoring to detect and respond to threats.
* Set up and configure automated monitoring with tools like Grafana and Prometheus for infrastructure health and performance.
* Maintain and optimize AWS, VPS, and Docker environments.
* Knowledge of Kubernetes is highly desirable.
Experience: 6+ years in devOp engineering, cloud architecture, and infrastructure security.
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in AWS, Docker, VPS setup, and PostgreSQL, with a working knowledge of Heroku. Familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.

Problem-Solving Ability: Proven capability to troubleshoot, innovate, and adapt to a fast-evolving environment.
Fluent in either French or English, with good communication skills in the other language
